Got this yesterday off a telmiran in Rockslide's room. Was really wondering if it even dropped anymore. Having killed stuff in BT for over a month in my spare time I can say this drop is ultra-rare.

I've been mass killing in BT pretty much since the zone opened up and have yet to see one. although my buddies have had a few rot while I wasn't on or w/e...it just cements my theory that I am just not meant to get anything easy.

was extremely excited that this could be cast from inventory....thought i could bring back the good ol' tin foil cap on the monk.

could not use the item so i just deleted it.

so it looks like just the classes mentioned above can cast the illusion.
