It has a limited number of procs. A very low number: 8. The proc isn't that powerful in the first place, I don't see why they felt the need to limit it to so few procs. I'd rather use my cosgrove powders to make spell proc potions for the caster dps and make the mob die quicker.

I have seen that there is a basic buff of about 30 minutes, which you report wears off faster with procs. But what causes a proc? Casting spells? Getting hit in melee? Getting hit by spells? And what does a proc DO?
Not nearly as good as it looks.

I figured it out by making it and then looking it up in my recipe list. Shows the trivial for the recipe in bright red numbers to the right of the item(s) you are looking up.

p.s. sorry for the delay in response... I was out of town for awhile =P
