I made the spell then tried to learn it in the usual way but when I clicked on the spell it "drank" like a potion and disappeared without enchanting anything. Turns out it became a new hot key ability under the special tab of the AA window
After you've successfully "learned" this recipe, if you use the search function in the Spell Research Kit UI, it actually comes up as Mass Enchant Temporite, but if you combine, it produces Mass Enchant Cosgrite.

You must be 71 to memorize the ability. In turn, you must be 70 to memorize the single cast version also.
