The location is -273/-30, which is near the zone in from Brell's Rest (not the zone in from Pellucid Grotto where you find all the other items).

Does anyone know if pre-looting this item will cause a quest bug? I cannot get the second update and was wondering if it is because I have been carrying it around with me.

Can not seem to find this anywhere in The Cooling Chamber. Supposed to be a ground spawn used for the quest: It's getting hot in here from Thorbin the Elder.

Step 5 says: Collect 1 Caveflower Pollen - Cooling Chamber

From Rasper's it says: The Caveflower Pollen is a ground spawn found under the giant plants in the chambers, (-1010, 410, -220) seems to be a common spawn spot for it.

But nothing ever there when I look. Anyone have any idea where I can find this in CC please post. Thanks.

Skytraffic,

Actually it is near the zone in for the Cooling chamber. After zoning in, duck under the zone out ramp and walk around the ledge around the lava on the way to the cave that has lava stream and look under the plants. There will be a pile of groundspawn under one of them. Left click it and pick it up.
