Or should I say mmobs that DONT drop this. I have hunted gorangas in ME for 2 levels and 3 AA points and this spell has never dropped ( or any other spell from them ) . This either no longer drops from the or is super rare.

I recently got this spell off of one of the bandits in FG. Went to go load it up and waited for it to refresh.....and waited....and waited........and waited. I'm not kidding when almost 10 minutes later it finally was able to cast, so I target myself and cast it. Then I waited......and waited.....well you get the idea. This would be an ok spell to have other then the fact that it has a horrible wait time on loading and refresh. It would be nice to have like once even every minute or so, that way in between the chain rune-ing you could hit yourself with it once in a while. But the way its in there right now, its not worth a slot to replace anything else in my spell list.
