- Necromancer and Shadowknight - Restored the effectiveness of Spell: Summon Corpse. Lowered its mana cost but it now only summons corpses up to level 60.

Spell shows a required level of 255. I presume it's no longer used.
Still drops off Fabled Ishva Mal
Previously scribed spell shows up as Unknown in spell book (unless I'm confusing it with another one that's been removed)

This spell requires being in the same zone as the corpse. Your also need to have a Jade Inlaid Coffin to cast which can be found in the Bazaar on merchant Dashelo Dalroshan for 52pp.

After revamp of paw, The Ishva Mal pop in South karana in random location.
From paw zone in, he can pop in the zone covered from east to south east.
His PH is an ishva Lteth there is 3 different location for repop.
PH or named repop fast 4 time in raw (less than 20 seconds), then you must wait 30 min probably for repop.
The Ishva Mal must have around 3K HP
I killed the PH then 3 named pop in raw (1 robe & 2 spell)

The placeholders for the Ishva Mal now spawn east of Paw in S karana. I got Ishva Mal to pop twice in 15 minutes and got this spell on second kill for my level 39 necro.

this sucks i was all excied about going to go get my spell i went there and everyone was lvl 70, i was pissed? where am i gunna get it now? i have only seen it in bazzar like once and it was 2k... this sucks

Paw revamped to a 65+ zone now, Need new info. Does this still drop here? Necros beware.
the respawn time in that zone is awful. Got my spell from the snakes =P

I would also like to point out that Summon Corpse dropped off a Nisch Val Guard for me.

I got a copy of the spell for my necro off of a snake in the water. I didn't want to mess around with the Fabled Ishva Mal.
from reading this post I decided to solo the water snakes to get my spell... took a whole 15 minutes :) 5th snake I killed dropped it. It does infact drop off the snakes as an uncommon I think, maybe a rare as I stuck around and killed 5 more to get another one with no luck. good luck
It definately drops off the gaduladian widemouths (snakes in water). I just looted one for my necro. Thanks for the info!

I had someone in-game that regent conservation 3 will work with summoning corpses. Anyone know if this is true?

yes, reagent conservation works on corpse summonings... in other words it will save coffins :)

I ran down to see if I could kill the Ishva Mal and grab a Summon Corpse spell for a friend about 3 weeks ago. I went in invisible to the area and checked on him. He was up so I started killing the guards in front of his room. They were both Nisch Val Guards and one of them dropped the summon corpse spell. I ended up with one for my friend and one to sell.
People might let a lot of them rot because they are used to seeing Tanned Split Paw skin on the lesser gnolls and they might just assume that the spell is one of those hides because of the same graphic.

What levels will this spell summon please?
This one will work on all levels, but it requires the expensive and clunky coffin.

After been waiting for 3 respawns of ishva mal we were so bored that our druid charmed a gaduladian widemouth, one of those snakes in the water, our chanter dispell the charm of the druid and we kill the snake. and imagine our surprise when we loot the snake and get the summon corpse spell. WE get a lot of laughts hehe, thx to our druid for charming the right snake LOL.

Will this spell summon a corpse across zone lines or do you have to be in the same zone as the corpse?
If this works under the same rules as the 12th level "Lesser Summon Corpse", you need
2 things in the zone with you:
1) Player "X"
2) Player "X"'s corpse
You then target Player X and cast the spell and it brings Player X's corpse to you. Again,
assuming it works like LSC.

Do you have to have a high level group clear the way down? Or can you just cast invis and sneak down by yourself?

i was able to invis all the way down to the last 4 mobs including the ishva. you can single pull the 2 gaurds and then i was able to single pull ishva out. after that its a fairly easy camp to hold. the 2 guerds dont repop for like almost 3 hours. this was with my 49 wizz.

You can invis. I have done this and it worked till I got to the lower rooms under the water. At that point you need to fight and it's not pretty solo... i tried 3 times without success at level 48. I would ask for a little help, it would be easy with a friend to help clear the guards in front of the MoB that drops the spell.

Spell is found on the Ishva Mal, in Splitpaw. Need to go through the underwater tunnel to get there.
