According to eqtraders, this spell combine requires:
Yaeth's Compendium Pg. 63 (right and left halves)
Parchment (vendor sold)
Quill (vendor sold)
Trivial is unknown at this time, but it is probably above 184, which was trivial level for the Level 49 spell combines.
The advanced research tome needed for this (and the other new spell research combines) is given to you by Researcher Alvarik in the Gulf of Gunthak by telling him "I am an enchanter". He will check that you are an enchanter and have your spell research skill at Master or higher before he will comply with your request for this tome.

Everlasting Breath is 51 and it's a componentless EB spell.
Leviathon Eyes is a quested 44th level chanter only spell and it's also a componentless EB spell but it also gives UV and See Invis. LE took me about 12 minutes to get.
What logic VI was using when they made Leviathon Eyes 44th and soooo easy to get is beyond me, when Everlasting Breath is just insanely rare, higher level, and doesn't do nearly what LE does...
IMO they should made the EB spell 39th and more of a common drop.

You're right: Enchanters don't often use this spell, except as a backup to Leviathan Eyes to spend extended periods underwater.
Everlasting Breath is greatly desired by druids and shaman, because it requires no component.

according to eqtraders tons of 50+ spells are researchable now. the mobs to get the runes and words from are tough as heck apparently but at least you don't gotta sit there and spend 40,000 pp to get a copy bane of nife anymore. you just gotta bribe an Int caster into combining them for you and pray they don't fail combine thus forcing you to snap their little tiny caster necks =)

Saw this spell for sale in bazaar on luclin server the other day for 50k, couldnt get ahold of the guy though to find out where he got it.
