If you max any tradeskill; you get permanent, 10 slot, 100% weight reduction bags. I have 2 from poison making, 1 from jewel crafting.
You also can make any number of 10 slot "no rent" bags. I say, drink the
beer.

Could you possiblly farm the ~6K PP to buy a tink bag token in the bazaar in the same amount of time it takes you to get 42 - FORTY TWO - beers for this bag? Could you buy say, some sleeves with 80 percent fire focus, if say, you were a necro? Or do you stand up and say, "Call me MR. STYLES" as you whip out your Archeologst Pack, Indiana Jones style hat, and snappity-crack some snakes while rescuing a brunette from certain death.
