Does this have the same stats as "Scimitar of the Mistwalker"?

small nerf...dmg average is now about 150-200 and not so sure on bash dmg

The pet bites for 456 and bashes for 161. It stays up for exactly 20 seconds. You can only have one of them up at a time. Procs during those 20 seconds result in a message about not being able to have more than one pet.

I don't parse so have no specifics, but a LOT. It procs infrequently, especially compared to the Fabled Whip, but when it does, the difference in dps is huge.
