seems that it works in increments of 5. so, 195 n 205, or whatnot.

I wanted to get this charm, because I didn't like the fact the other one requires it to be dry in the zone. At first i was thinking... oh great got to get alchol tolerance and begging to 400. I was at 1 and 1 with both skills.

I figured i'd go with alchol tolerance first, as there are a select few encounters in EQ that require it. As i started leveling up, I noticed my charm was gaining stats like crazy. Once I reached 400 in Alcohol Tolerance my charm was at MAX STATS.

So you can choose to level one skill to 400 or both to 200... completely up to you, but quite a relief to know you don't need to level both that high.

Increases in power with high alchohol tolerance and begging skill. Currently 280 alchohol tolerance and 255 begging skill and have max stats. I play on Mayong and started with those skills that high so you could possibly have max stats with lower skill, anyways hope this helps.
