Also drops in Dragonscale Hills from some of the plant mobs. These are for level 70 rogue poisons - oleander makes poisons that do slow procs.

A frostbite warrior, Icefall glacier. Actually drops off all the "frostbite XXS" mobs saw 2 in 10 kills or so. Was light blue to me - lev 75, so I got bored with 'em kind of fast..
Can someone tell me where this drops or is foraged please
