Figured it out. Same combination is used for this as any other pristine item to make " Purified Grade AA __________ Extract ". In this case it would be Purified Grade AA Laburnum Extract which has trivial of 296. Ingredients are combined in mortar and pestle.

1 pristine laburnum
1 formic acid
1 neutral wash
1 waterbane powder
1 solusek nodule

This is then used in recipe for Warlord's Bane XV which has a trivial of 496.
