This Spell is not useless to any wizzer who knows how to keep aggro. I know a secret that will allow me in three 2.5 second casts to taunt aggro off of 2 lvl 65 necromancers who have DoT killed a mob in PoValor to 30%. This sword would just be added DPS which to any wizard who is kiting knows any Extra DPS is very helpful as we do not have an Endless supply of mana. I was lucky enough to have Agnarr's Thunder be returned to me on my 3rd Spectral aprch Turn in. Agnarr's thunder is a 2305 base 580 mana cost spell. I can crit easily over 4200dmg but the spell takes approximately 8% of my mana with Mana conserv AA and only 6% of any PoV mob HP so as you can clearly see without more than a few very generous critical strikes there you will not win. ON the other hand I know a wizard who at 64 can Quad kite the NorthEast Camp Becayse He chain summons the sword while busting lvl 59 AE's. So as you can see it is more than usefull when you are getting 40% AA in a quad shot in Plane of Valor which is where im headed soon.
