We got this while burning our way to the Servitor of Luclin. Dropped of Prast Lanitor, the same guy who drops the key for Servitors door.

This weapon procs at level 40, starts at 50 dam max, though is resisted occasionally for 20 - 30. First hand knowledge.

The proc rate on this is pretty low, IMO.
I've got a 41 BST, and her Dex is buffed to 145 usually when fighting, and it rarely goes off. /shrug

Jade mace has absolutely no stats, no one in their right mind would take it over this, let alone the fact that it procs a 50dd compared to nothing for the jade mace. If you haven't learned yet, HP is king. Even 1 HP CAN make the difference between a heal landing and it not landing on you(IE I landed a CH on my MA with 65 of his 6200 HP left). If your a monk your gonna get pawned more times then you will want to remember when pulling, the HP will save your rear. Jade mace is old school twink stuff till you can get better or your a newb working your way up the ranks. If you have the choice JM or BBU, this Ulak is the way to go everytime. Same ratio as JM, your DPS wont be affected dramatically in any fashion by using BBU.

Sorry to say but Damage Bonus depends on your level. But for BLs the Ulak is better than the Mace because of the higher H-t-H cap. you are right

What does the proc do? and what level does it proc at? But other than that this weapon kicks.../bye clime coated harpoon
Khashek's Katar and the Gold Inlaid Ulak are like this item. Same proc, not QUITE as good, but close.

yeah you're right, you are pretty crappy at everything else. how is khashek's katar not quite as good as this but almost, the katar is way better, 12/20 and stats, and better proc

actually.. khashek's katar procs claw of savage fury, which is 75hp lifetap.
Claw of the beast is a 50dd proc.

Well, Jade mace is also 9/18, but weighs more...this is much better weapon. same Dam/Del, Weigh's less, and has Nice Stats!
