LOL these and most ruined scale pieces can be found in Kurns tower in the field of bone. They are a very rare drop off greater scalebone skeletons and some burynai. I myself have gotten the ruined scale bracers, sleeves, and cape but I have seen the coat, coif, and more dropper there
