Yes, it is purchasable in Void B+ off of Zeb but not for 625 Chronobines -- for 225.

I would be curious if there is some factor involved in how much they cost (how many people have sold to him? Or somesuch thing.) such as how it is rumored that in TBS the more times a mission has been done by people on the server, the less orum you get for it.

That, or the original poster was just mistaken.
