This aug was introduced in the hotzone lineup that was revealed on December 9, 2008. On progression servers any zone under level 65, those hotzone augs drop when TSS is unlocked. |

relativily(sp) low drop rate I was in there from start of level 46 to the start level 51 and only saw 3 drop 1 on a kobold, 1 on a spider, and the last 1, that I thought would never drop, off the Magus. The groups I was in killed everything in there several times, The drop rate at the devide seemed higher, and the drop at POI much higher.

Confirmed this can be on fire giants.
I also got 2 in a row once, so it's decently common from them.
