Actually, it's same int and wis as Cloak of the Ry'gorr Oracles and Kunzar cloak and more ac than either.

Drops of a thorny sunflower, nice AC not enough wis/int.
Dropped off a gigantic sunflower tonight.
As a chanter I don't mind trading a little int for some AC. Erudites have plenty of int naked...I'll give up a little mana pool depth for a little more survival potential. In a good group it's more important how much mana you have per minute than how deep your reserve is. It's proven that int does not affect mana regeneration rate, and that's more important than total mana capacity.
So yeah I'll wear this item if I can get it.
