if you have not the skill of Hide Period, (monk) would you apon equiping it get the skill button? it is 1% but it is there

If you have a skill of 0 and add 1% to it you still get 0, none of these new items give you skills you dont have already.

I REALY want one of these "just for looks" because it is one of the staffs from the caster guild in Shadow haven the Staff with horns and an Eye..Very cool
