There are drops from KC that have about the same stats, are droppable, and you dont need to be level 46 to get it...just really lucky ;)

No..he is talking about the beastlord Kunark armor. There is Wild Lord's Sandals that are 6ac and have right click shrink

how do you action a no-drop item? My guess is that you saw something else being sold

I have seen these in auction in EC and DL, both times I heard they dropped in KC.
