as most end stuff in this expansion they are bought from raid stuff merchant with phospenes in katta. Phosphene is a money which drop in the end raid zone (solteris). sometimes 1 drop from trash mobs but most of them drop from named in tiny (100) to big(?) cluster (1000?)
You can see the stuff in the merchant by increasing your faction with katta merchant (same as for group stuff) AND unlocking the correct raid in solteris (beware you need to have fought ALL raid mob, if you miss one ( Aprosis for example you will see only stuff unlocked by sisters even if you have fought all other mobs).

Why do people bother posting this stuff if you can not be bothered to say WHERE it is from / Mob / Zone / etc.
