Yeah I got a mask off the robe type mobs in akheva. Willing to bet this dropped off the robe mobs in twilight. No drop, no stats cept ac, i would hope is for a quest.

Maybe a high level tailoring scenario like the armor pieces in Shadweaver's Thicket of the Xakra's. Hide...pattern...needle... and no drop piece=a bit better armor...

Hmm, looted these in Maidens off a 4-Arms as well. Prehaps a quest item. Seems to drop off rather high level mobs. Kinda strange considering the stats of the item.
