Does anyone have what the stats are when/if you are standing still, ie what are the lowest the stats go without moving?

Bare stats with no moving:

19 ac
332 hp
332 mana

7+2 str
15 sta
12+3 int
9 wis
8+1 agi
7 dex
13 cha

various svs's (10-15)

1 shld
1 avoid
1 heal
1 spell dmg
1 cv

This is for the non-slot 3 version.

My max stats vary from the other posts and the info alla has. Not sure the complete rules for maxing this charm.

The only use I could imagine for this charm would be kiting. Or is there any other situation you should keep running?
