I have not been able to find a comparable item AC wise at level 61 for her,using premium search, or even by looking in the bazaar on my home server. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what would be about as nice? I know I should just ditch this old relic,but would like a decent replacement first.

I agree... very nice AC. STR never hurts, and the weight is effectively 5.0 if you offset it with the STR.
45ac on a range slot item. Major tank item. 10 str in a nice bonus. This is better than a lot of breastplates worn by lvl 55 pcs. Congrats to Lotus Cult for getting this, and to the desrving soul who ended up with it.
