When i was with guild in umbral they /ooc these once, they also did for a druid helm. my point is keep /ooc channel unfiltered because lots of people leave armor to rot

My guild went here for a few hours a week ago. There were some TS quest gem drops, but nothing else, the armor can be very very rare. One thing we did find was that these aren't Messable. So when one came into camp, if it was an add or a multiple pull, we had to finish off the Assassin first. Most other mobs were messed off by a 54 ench.

This may sound stupid, but what does "Recommended level of 50" mean? Does it mean that you need to be level 50 to equip it, or something along those lines? Thanks...
stats stay in effect but you lose 25% of the ac until you hit 50

Basically means if you are under level 50, you will notice a lower AC and stat bonus from this item.

If I read it right verant said that is has no effect on the actual stats of the item it only means that that is the recomended level for it and if there is an effect it might not proc till then.

These drop off the Dark Assassins in the Umbral Plains as you see uptop. The Dark Assassins back stab for around 300-400 and normally hit very hard and fast. If you want to take on the Umbral Plains bring 1 good group of lvl 50+ min with a cleric and a shammy for slows. Stay at the entrance and becareful cause the mobs here work on line of site meaning that they can aggro from very far away as long as they see you. They have high resists and also be warned that the drops can be rare sometimes. You can see around 1 item drop ever hour or so. The BP is very sweat. 27ac with decent stats. Look it up and good hunting in this zone.
