ItemJust cause YOU may of gottten a better tunic at 45+ doesnt mean everyone would. I am a 53rd Cleric and im still wearing a Crystal Covered Shroud... You can buy this tunic on my server for 50pp. Not everyone of us is rich just because we are 45+. I spend every plat i get on Peridots.

It is a good tunic with 10 int and 5 wis its good.
50PP?!? You're kidding, right? +10 INT is absolutely awesome, that sort of stat used only to be available on robes from things like Cazic Thule himself. My Erudite Enchantress would LOVE to replace her Shardtooth's Flayed Skin and/or Crystalline Robe with this.
