ItemDon't forget people that when you are doing tests, your char level will cap out the % of haste possible.
You can put as much haste as you want on a level 1 char, but it won't do much at all. If you are testing haste at all, it would be best to do it with a level 60 char, that is the only way you can really determine what the MAX HASTE of an item is.
