So. It has not stat modifiers? What does it do besides be a cool looking graphic running behind ya?

Oh I see at 350 hps. I could not find that graphic or description online. Drogan Goblin adds 3% more damage and decrease DS.
The information how how to attain may be correct, but it's not complete. 3 of my accounts were created in Oct or Nov of 2010 and can claim these just fine, as can my other 4 accounts that were not active in 2008 or anywhere near 2008. Many of the accounts have 0 vet rewards on them.

my dad just started playing EQ 3 months ago and he got it on claims, its bull that my account that has been open for 11 years cant get
