8/20/2009 I am Warmly to tynoc, and he does NOT offer any type 3 augments. He does offer rkII spells at warmly faction, but definately ,no type 3 augs. Like on other factions, Ally will be needed for type 3 augs, and emblems.

Type 3 augs were warmly faction, the type 15 chest augs where ally, like most other sod vendors in other zones.
