I believe this is a in-game gift you can get buy buying your game card time from BestBuy (yes, the retail store). It said exclusive to bestbuy when I bought mine. Follow the instructions on the back of the card to get the in-game gift. Contained 5 exp potions inside,

    oh yeah, unlike Lesson of the Devoted or the marketplace exp potions, this DOES disappear if you die while it is running.

    Gamecard was same price SOE charges for game time, for 1 month. Was no sales tax on the game card either, so, not bad item for free :)
