The stats for these do not appear on your armour and according to my skills are not added there either. So guess it's another EverBug.

Thought I would update this post.

I now know that certain armour has Kick in the secondary statistics (with Clairvoyance etc) if you augment this into a slot 3 of armour that has the Kick statistic then you will see the improvement. Otherwise it is not shown. Whether it is actually added when it is not shown however is still something I have been unable to prove despite testing with and without the augment inserted.
