The shaded leggings droped twice in a row last night in ME off of the Xi (something). First one rotted while we were trying to figure out what they were for, but I looted the second one since my tailoring was the highest in the group.

i know these are for tailoring can someone tell me what drops these and what zones also requires mind worm hides any clue on these also would be appreciated.

Tradeskillers recently deiscovered the shaded armor drops can be tailored into some quite good armor. With a Reccomended Level 40 tag, so anti twinking codes in effect after new armor is made. Becomes tradable once tailored into new item

I found the Shaded Tunic and Bracer in Maidens Eye. I've fought there for a while and have only seen these drops once. I hope its for a quest, if not at least it looks kinda cool.

Hey guys ever kill one of the warders in sleepers?
Ever got a cloth cap from em?
Not everything thats no drop is a quest and YES warders DO drop cloth armor (the regular 3ac caps) in place of better loot (damn 1 monk robe and 3 cloth caps ;P

Hm, but they obviously had to CREATE this item especially -- whereas cloth armor already exists. So there should be a storyline reason for it, and the most obvious reason is that it's for a Quest, somewhere....
I've heard the reason the warders drop the cloth is because of an explit thatwas oce used to kill them (NOT the same exploit as used to kill the actul Sleeper *Kerafyrm*). Verant made them drop cloth n place of Priceless, Primal, et cetera so people would learn to stop using exploits. i believe this is the reason. not positive

Ok so.......this is part of a quest? What other possible reason could there be for having something this minor drop in a place like Akheva? Maybe a joke?
