I think that this entry can be deleted as the Cauldron of Endless Goods does summon the one with 10 AC and 100 HP/MP.

This is summoned by the Cauldron of Endless Goods, so it's probably not rechargeable, though I have not tried. I think the expectation is that you will receive it again (randomly) from the cauldron clickie.
