/loc for one dead ranger is -381, - 769. i ran around lookin for live rangers but as the quest stated they came to harm (and are dead). the orders will appear as little bags lyin on the ground next to the body. i have only found 3 dead rangers so far and the quest needs 5 orders. i just sat next to the bodies and had tea with them until the orders respawned on the ground and i looted them.
