Actually this gem is used in the kael armos quest for the bard trubador helm quest so yes has a use other than vt

Correct, but this a "Flawed Flame Emerald"; the one for the Bard helm is a "Flawed Emerald". Just wanted to try and clear up any future misunderstanding.
