This is a group mission given by Apothecary Cadmael.
In order to get it, you must have first done "A Corrupted Arch Priest" task.
It takes place in an instanced version of the Temple of Bertoxxulous. You get in this zone by saying "Ready."
Steps are:
Find the Scumlord (click the door to the south east)
Find a way past the locked door (kill Machinator Grengwar in the "medical ward" and loo the key he drops)
Find a way past the locked door (kill Prime Lector Quilok in his "Chamber" and loot the key he drops)
Open the door to the southern portion of the temple (person with keys can click the southeast door and pen it now)
Kill Scumlord (he is thru the southeast door... find and kill him)
Return to Cadmael
