Note: these can drop from ANY kobold in velks, usually get 3-5 per clear of the basement under velk's castle.
Also drop in Warrens.

Got them to drop off of a Gloomingdeep spiritweaver, slavewarden, warrior, grunt,and the Nameds (pretty much any kobold), but got best drop rate/kill from Gloomingdeep Captains, the 4 near the fort, anywhere from 1-3 from the 4 of them. Haven't gone 4 for 4 yet, but I am hoping. =)

Dropped from: a ferocious kobold, a lesser kobold, and a greater kobold from the kobold camps between Warrens and Gulf in Stonebrunt Mountains. Drop rate is low.
