this drops from Sturk the Insane Froglok in Toskirakk. Mob location is the fan or clam shaped room just down the tunnel from the void. Mob conned yellow to 85. the ph is a female dwarf slave. as u enter the room take a left up the stairs u cant miss it. other slaves will assist the ph but con grey and are push overs. pulled the name single nothing added. max hit on 85 war 4k ac was 4.3k but most was around 2-3. did not ramp or flurry. wasnt a hard fight. grp was 85 war 85 shm 79 sk and 2 cleric mercs. just like any other ph in this zone spawn time is 6 min not 11-12 like regular mobs.
