Empty Stone Vial  

 

This is item is almost directly east of the quest giver.

It's at the bend where the cavern turns north.

Vial was hard to see at first. I thought it wasnt spawning up but its there. Its tiny and the color tends to blend in with the lines on the ground just look arround and ull see it =-)
