Information provided by the comic was to make a point about a liar and thief trying to justify his actions with PC speech. I do thank you sir for your dilligent work on finding the actual law / FCC reg. As for myself and my deluded state as a crusader of free speech I have none. I aspire to become a cross dressing queen and hang out with Mr. Jackson at the Neverland ranch. I also wish to become a supporter for the A.C.L.U and become a scumbag lawyer ( humm maybe like yourself sir ? ) with either an A moral or Immoral personality. Thing this will haste up to level 20 spells. Feigh Death is level 16 with cast time 1.5 sec. this will make casting reduced to 1.395 :p

Do I have to get this drop all over again?
I have this Necro DE alt. And someone was very kind in giving me one of these. to my surprise I logged her on yesterday and this thing started going wild. I dont understand the focus items per sey. It was like it was procking with a VERY short delay between the next prock. I think its great they are having more items like this. It was a pleasent surprise.
So will the mobs also get this bonus? because that could be rather nasty.
So I also wonder how focus items will effect twinking... because if it always procks and it doesnt seem toc are what level you are...

These will proc only when you cast spells that are lvl 20 or below. Any spells you get after lvl 20 won't be effected by this effect.

Yeppers, here is my ? though i have 2 of these, will the haste stack? or is it useless to wear both, have on my rogue.
All this does is let the caster cast spells 15% faster, except for complete heal, so you should find something else more beneficial for your rogue.

It is really useless on a rogue because this is haste for spell casting, not combat haste.
He's got a slow cycle - don't know if the shammys are his place holders or not. I'm a 28 troll SK and I can keep the room clean no prob - once in a while one of the shammys will con dark or light blue to me and this guy was dark blue the one time he popped for me - dropped the bracelet and nothing else.
Careful though - the SOB is a chanter - had me charmed for a minute there - good thing no-one else was around or I would have ended up doing another Runnyeye style killing spree.
Even though the shammys are no XP green for me, they'll still attack me without provocation. You also gotta be careful of them while fighting others since they will heal the other frogs.
Shammys nuke for low 40s at worst while chanter (scribe) nuked me in low 90s.

A 19 Wiz (myself), a 24 Pally, a 20 Pally, and a 24 Warrior held the room no problem until we started pulling stuff from the adjacent rooms, which ends up in a MOB riot. So no, I don't think a 24 chanter could hold the room. But if you do try, stay on the top of the stairs and med up there after you kill the Shin Taz Shamans (Slow spawn rate), there are 3 of them which are also the PH's for the scryer. Most of the Shamans conned high blue to me. Just make sure nothing leaves your sight, otherwise it'll pull all of the adjacent rooms.

This item is definatly not rare at all. Camped for only 3 hours and got one of these all 4 times he spawned..on the fourth the shimmering orb dropped and a bracelet.
I have gone through the hot tub room hundreds of times and never see anybody camping him or even see him in there. Is he a rare spawn? Does anybody know his spawn cycle? Thanks in advance.

This is dropped by the Frogloc Scyer in Upper Guk. He can be found in the hot tub room with the columns of water. If you enter Guk and bear right and follow the water when you see it, then head past some spiders, you are going in the right direction. He is in his low 20s at most, and shares a spawn spot with a Frogloc Shaman of some sort. Ton? Shin? Can't remember. He can charm. This bracelet is his common drop, his rare drop is that Shimmering Orb thing.
