I got this drop from a plain old Sun Revenant near Greigs End
had this drop from a "Sun Revenant Warlock" yesterday. he conned blue to me at 47th, and was an easy kill for our small party of 47 druid, 45 cleric, 45 SK. he popped at the second revenant spawn to your right as you enter Scarlet Desert from the Twilight Sea. hope this helps any who are looking for it. won the roll and donated it to my guild's ranking mage, he's rather happy :)

It dropped off a Named Reaver up on top plateau near the Flame Temple. Sorry I don't remember the name but we were pulling things like crazy and got tons of quest and loots like this.

Been fighting frequently in Scarlet and was wondering if anone knows what drops this bad boy, any info would be great.

"Sun Revenant Warlock" is correct - pops at any of the Revenant spawn points.
By the way, this item is a click less in statistics from the GBS... which sells on Luclin server for a solid 3k or so... so I would say this thing goes for 2750 or more.
I looted it today with my bro. These rev's are easy for a 53 Monk and a 45 Cleric partnership... lots of them are still dark blue to me and all are dark to the cleric.

But since it is new equipment wouldn't that make it good?
VERY NICE I would like to know where this drops very nice INT/mana i bet it looks nice to after all it is a luclin item =)
