Owlbear Tendons

Yes I can confirm the drops as of March '05. seems I have gotten all mine (2, I believe, in dozens of kills) while the Owlbears occupy the southern shores. And try the owlbears near the cliff wall. Don't remember any from the islands.

Dozens of kills? I've killed thousands and never seen any tendons. Not fair. lol

Anyway, while the owlbears on in the south, where near the cliff wall do you mean? South of the islands, in the area where the named mob is?

And what about the Sonic wolf tendons? Same thing?

This is used by Beastlords for Sonic wolfbane wpns quests for all Vah Shir classes. To make sonic wolfbane wpns, you need cooperation of 1 of each of the classes of Vah Shir, just as the other classes need a beastlord to make toughened sinew lashings for this quest. This is also much more common off the owlbears on the islands. The owlbears that roams the cave area dont drop it nearly as often.
