These drop from a pustulant cadaver in the Group Task- A Dread Callenger. Much easier than the normal zone, because mobs don't respawn and adds are easier to avoid

it's a pustulant cadaver and i can confirm the Rusted Blade Fragments drop from it in OGV.

For the quest "Arms for the Dead" from Dan Hearthpride in Oceangreen Village. Any skeleton in Oceangreen Village drops this. Drop % was about 1 in 6 for my group tonight.

It can be prelooted. Quest requires 10.
