Elegant Defiant Robe is WAY better than this for a necro....
Cultural with bazu stone is better as well
The click effect is reflect.... it is a nice clicky considering you get a spell that does the same thing....
Reflect (lvl58 spell ) itself has a 2 minute recast timer....
I just tried casting spell and then click.... It is either BUGGED or Working as intended you cannot USE reflect and then when it wears off click robe.... ROBE does not get a shaded item recast timer when you do this and states that it is READY but will not click....

When the 1st poster posted this it was last year, before elegant defiant had came out. Also, I find it odd that as a necro yourself you seem to knock this robe. The reflect clickie in itself makes this robe better than defiant for a necro as necros solo a lot and reflect is perfect for stopping some of that incoming damage from caster mobs you are kiting. Also if you are a necro kiting and have reflect in your line up of spells, you are hindering your own DPS.
But regardless, BEST is a matter of opinion and should be left at that. Some people take into the account the way an item looks into a serious consideration while others don't care what anything looks like as long as it has killer stats. Opinion always varies.

This is now the best dropable robe in the game. Now that lower guk has been restored and this no longer drops, expect the price to shoot up well over 1 million plat if you are lucky enough to see one for sale at all.
