Caster's realm spell descriptions for the shammies have alot to say about CHA helping certain other buffs/slows, etc--but in all the discussion, haven't seen anything that is concrete. A bunch of people do seem convinced, although I'm not--but hey, my shammy is only level 18.

Wouldn't seem to fit though. Still, this mask is good enough for any caster to want. Heck, my ugly Iksar warrior wouldn't turn down 40 CHA. 40! Wow.
