Greatest Discovery Since
the Firework!
You've all heard about
Fizzlesprocket, I'm sure.
Well, friends, I've just
uncovered a lost
manuscript! In it, he
talks about an apparatus
for storing and discharging
ambient energies. He
claims that there is energy
| all around us, and that
this device will simply
gather it up.
I haven't been able to
build one myself, so I am
sending this transcription
of parts and plans to all
the very best tinkers. One
of us should be able to
make this work!

released! It's a bit
disconcerting that this
appears to be a weapon of
some sort, but as I stated
earlier, I have been unable
to create the device. Here
