It outlines the need for starting with an exquisite silk or exquisite leather template, and using ossified fortified bronze thread thread with exquisite spinneret fluid or exquisite marrow in water as a tempering for that thread. The crafter will also need mythical filament and a gnomish needle. Use spinneret fluid with silk, and marrow with leather. It is embroidered using a pattern that can be achieved from instructions in another book.

What a mess. To get the Books is only possible if the skills are at 300. They are notrade so there is no possibility to get them otherwise. That is also true for the books in PoK :(
