Dropped in Crypt of Decay. Not sure which mob, but the only ones I fought were Foul Pusling, Corrupted Pusling, Greater Foul Pusling, and Corrupted Knight. So, it was from one of those. The ones for sale in the Bazaar on The Nameless server ranged from 15p to 100p.
