I got this from a Beserk Water Elemental last night. Here are the stats on the mob.
HP: appx 1200
Level: Green to 55
Damage: hit in the low to mid 30's against level 55 with 700 AC
Proc: it casts the normal elemental water attack (resisted 2 times with 100 CR)
Resistances: 2 Fire spells hit for full damage
