This item is obtained by redeeming the loot card "Ping's Pinning Potion Package" from the Legends of Norrath online card game. Claiming the card grants you a package containing five Potions of Binding. These cards are inserted randomly into booster packs from the Inquisitor set. Also, you receive this card the first time you successfully complete Against the Void, Scenario 1: Prison Break. When you receive the card from the scenario, it may not be traded to other players.

just got some....these are possibly the WORST in game reward from inquisitor LON card game
There's certain places that casters can bind themselves, but non-casters can't be bound at. If these potions allow you to bind yourself as a non-caster they have huge application in very chance situations. I'm particularly talking about raids that require gating and returning fast.
I don't know... there have been many times I have wished I could bind myself somewhere for an easier return trip!
As a Shadowknight I like these. I've bound myself in a couple of useful locations. Now I want more.
*Update* I used one to bind myself next to Eron Nurwistle in DSH, makes doing his quests a lot easier.
